Bacon-wrapped Meatloaf with Mushroom Gravy
A classic recipe in every Filipino home... pure meat (no extenders!), with a homemade mushroom gravy
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 10-15 minutes, or store in refrigerator overnight (coming from the freezer)
To reheat: Remove aluminum foil, and place in toaster until bacon is crisp. Slice and serve.
