Pork belly with bagoong (shrimp paste), stewed in coconut milk, spices, and tomatoes

To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes

To reheat: Simmer in pot (you may add a little water), or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water 

OR separate meat and deep fry, then return sauce after frying
