Chicken Curry (Filipino-Style)
Chicken slowly simmered in coconut milk and curry powder, with bell peppers and carrots. A favorite Pinoy version of an asian classic. Serve with bacon bits, chutney, hard-boiled eggs and hot rice!
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
