Ferran's Roast Chicken
A slowly-roasted half chicken (we pick the fat ones!), with an herb mix, and lemon-garlic plus drippings sauce... one of our favorite recipes, now made easy for you to just reheat in a toaster or microwave. Serve with blanched vegetables or a salad, and french fried potatoes or rice.
To defrost: Submerge bag in hot or tap water until defrosted
To reheat: Place in microwave on medium-high OR wrap in aluminum foil and heat in toaster
