Fish fillet topped with fresh spinach, onions, and mushrooms in a cream sauce, then topped with cheese and baked. Light and deelish. Great with crusty bread on the side, too.
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Place in toaster/oven, with aluminum foil cover for 5-10 mins, then remove cover and brown top for 2-3 minutes
