Korean Beef Stew
Beef Short Ribs, slowly simmered with Premium soy sauce, mirin, lots of ginger, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and leeks. Perfect for rainy nights.
Feel free to add more meat, and vegetables while reheating.
Serve with hot rice and kimchi on the side.
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
