Premium, tender beef shank, slowly-simmered for more than 3 hours in a rich tomato, and wine sauce. We’ve put a lot of sauce in this, for you to pour all over your rice!
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 15-20 minutes
To reheat: Reheat in a pan (with sauce) on a stovetop, until simmered. Or microwave on medium-high for 2-3 minutes until hot.
Serve with Rice (lots of it!), or Mashed Potatoes or French Fries, and Steamed / Buttered Vegetables
