Pork Belly Adobo
Our take on the classic Filipino staple, we cook it three ways, and include a whole head of garlic in each portion. Serve with LOTS of hot rice, and you've got yourself a most comforting meal.
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
