Seafood Curry (Spicy Thai)
Fish, Shrimp and Baby Squid in a spicy Thai curry sauce, with eggplant
Awesome with hot rice!
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Add a little water to dilute a bit (the sauce is very concentrated, so you can stretch it!)... Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
