Tacho (Macau-style Pork Stew)
A classic dish from Macau, this is a hearty (and heartwarming) stew of pork belly and chicken, with cabbage and chorizo.
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
