Thai Green Chicken Curry (Mild)
Fragrant, and mildly spiced Thai-style chicken curry, with kaffir lime leaves, basil, and eggplants...Feel free to add more chicken, and vegetables while reheating. Serve with hot jasmine rice and patis (with sugar) on the side.
To defrost: Submerge bag in tap or hot water for 5-10 minutes
To reheat: Simmer in pot, or microwave OR place whole bag in boiling water
